Bulk Password Upload file should remove existing Usernames from profiles if the username is being added using the Bulk Password upload function

Please see request from Clemens:

When Uploading Usernames for employees using the Bulk Password Upload function, the Username given on the sheet does not get added if the username already exists on the system.

The request is to add a functionality onto the Bulk Password Upload to remove the existing username and to add it to the profile provided on the Bulk Password Upload template.
